Godfrey Gad is the son of Elder Amaji Gad Onwunali of Umualata Amapu Ntigha and Cordelia Nwachukwu of Umuokuza Amapu Ntigha. Godfrey was born on February 2nd 1966. He migrated to Argentina in 1987 where he studied and got a BSc in Systems Analysis. Godfrey is married to Edith Gad, a medical pediatrician from Argentina. He has 3 children Joy, Belen and David Gad. The family migrated to the USA in 2006 through a job offer that later employed him in IBM. He and his family currently reside in Alpharetta Georgia. Godfrey is presently the co-founder of Rawcaster.com LLC a social media platform that has the potential of becoming a global phenomenon. Godfrey and his family run a non-profit organization called POWER Outreach Inc. which serves orphans and widows in the USA and Nigeria. Through the organization, Godfrey supports an orphanage in Nsulu, extends social services to Umualata widows and orphans, providing them educational assistance, micro loans with zero interest, fertilizers and a monthly medical outreach. As a NiNa member since 2019, he contributes to the welfare of Ndi Ntigha and presently serves as the Director of Socials and Culture.
